Today I lead DevOps and IT infrastructure at Awin, where a 24-person platform engineering group keeps 200+ developers shipping on a hybrid AWS and Equinix estate. I care about simplification, automation, and measurable outcomes, and I'm happiest turning messy operations into calm, self-serve platforms.
